Which villain is missing an alibi?
Whodunnit? A suspicious lineup of supervillains lies before you and your team, and you’re tasked with finding the true criminal.
At the start of the game, you’re secretly given information about two innocent suspects.
Cooperatively, associate your two characters with a one-word clue. If everyone does that correctly, you’ve found the culprit!
Be careful; your clue might erroneously point at another player’s villain.

How To Play:
Skip the rulebook!

1) Secretly check your innocent suspects
You are secretly dealt two cards that you know aren't the culprit!

2) Write an alibi down
Come up with a 1-word clue that associates your cards, but doesn't point at the other suspects

3) Make your deductions
Use the included deduction board to take notes and narrow down to one perpetrator

4) Remove heat
Did your group find the right villain? Remove heat tokens to track your score!

What makes Alibis stand apart?
Why We Love It
Alibis captures that horrible, gut-wrenching feeling of having to choose precisely the right clue word. You've got to associate your two words—but everything you think of could be confused for a different association. You spiral, wondering why you got into board games in the first place. It's dark. Everyone's waiting for you to finish. Finally, you make a decision. Everyone reveals, and you see the light as you methodically cross suspects off. Fantastic!Or—if your group isn't very good—it's very fun to make fun of each others' clues and run it back.
