Wordsy focuses on the fun. It challenges you to be creative and clever. Because of the open-ended word-making rules, the game scales great with players of all ages. Instead of saying you can only use these letters, Wordsy lets you use any letters.
A travel-sized box and dry-erase boards (read: no running out of sheets!) make Wordsy an automatic choice for every game night.
How To Play Wordsy
1) Reveal the scoring letters
Deal two faceup letters above each point card. These letters will score, but you can use any letters when you play.
2) Start writing!
The first player that "locks in" a word starts the timer.
3) Add up the point values for letters used
Multiple uses count multiple times! Score bonus points if you scored higher than the Fastest Wordsmith or if you were the Fastest Wordsmith and scored higher/tied with at least 3 opponents.
4) Play seven rounds, score your five best words
Don't forget to subtract penalties for times you couldn't make a word!
